Can I initiate an exchange for the products I order?

Yes, you can follow the below three ways for initiating the exchange request:

  • You can log in to your account profile page themerakiworld.com , go to your order and select exchange from the drop down in the tab next to your order details and follow the steps from these.
  • In case you had purchased through a guest login, please send an email to customercare@themerakiworld.com with the details of the exchange and we will assist you with the same.
  • You can exchange your product for a different size in the same style/color. If you wish to exchange it with another product, then you will need to write to customercare@themerakiworld.com and we will help you with it.
What is the process after my return / exchange request has been placed?

Upon receiving the request, we shall initiate the process for the desired product to reach you. Our delivery partner will collect the product to be exchanged or returned from you.

  • The item(s) returned should have the original tags and labels intact, and should be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
  • Exchanges will be offered based on the availability of the product. In case the replacement product is unavailable, your money will be refunded.

In case of returns, once the product is received by us and duly inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original card/bank from which the payment was made.

Till when can I return or exchange my product?

Requests for exchange or return of merchandise has to be made within 10 days of the order receipt.

What is your refund policy on Returned Merchandise?
  • Refund against returns for prepaid orders will be made to the same account as used for the transaction OR as Store Credit as requested by Customer. The funds can be expected to reflect in your bank in 8-12 working days.
  • Refund against Returns for COD orders will be done as Store Credit only.
