What is the size guide feature?

The size Guide Feature helps you to choose the garment size suitable for basis your body measurements. It tells you a particular size is suitable ‘to-fit’ what body measurements.

Are the sizes of clothing true to the size guide?

The sizes of the clothing are recommended for sizes mentioned in the size guide and work well for those measurements. However, the size guide should be used as a guidance tool along with the images of the product to understand how a style would look and fit when worn. Beyond that, it could be someone’s choice to buy a size up or down basis their preference of a more fitted or loose fit.

Where can I find the clothing care instructions?

You will find the clothing care instructions on the product page under ‘Material and Care’.

What are the Floating Sizes?

Floating sizes is an ergonomically designed sizing concept that works well for ‘not so perfect’ body types as well as Plus Size Women.

How can I apply the offer code?

At the time of checkout, the given coupon code could be applied before making the payment to avail discounts.

Can I use more than one promo codes on one order?

No, only one discount / promo code can be used for one order.
How can I create an account on Meraki’s Website?

Is it mandatory to create an account to place an order on the website?

No, To place an order, it is not mandatory to create an account. It helps you in your order history, Preview of New arrivals and Sale.

I have trouble accessing my account on the website. What do I do?

I wish to close my account with Meraki, how do I proceed?

Even though we would hate to lose you as a customer, but if you wish to close your account, just write to us at customercare@themerakiworld.com and we will remove all the details from our customer database.

I have forgotten my password, what is the process to reset it?

While logging in, you can just click on ‘Forgot Password’ and provide an email address to which the ‘Reset Password’ email will be sent. Once you receive the email, you can reset your password through that email.

How can I change the registered email id on the Meraki website?

Please write to us at customercare@themerakiworld.com with clearly mentioning your Name, Mobile number and the previous email ID along with the New email ID. We shall make the changes within 48 hours.

If there is a problem with the customer invoice what is the way forward?

Please write to us at customercare@themerakiworld.com with your specific query along with the image of the invoice, we shall clarify / resolve your queries.

Can I opt for a gift-wrapping option for my order?

Currently we don’t have gift-wrapping option available. Please write to us and give feedback, depending upon the demand, we shall introduce the same.

Can I buy gift cards on the Meraki website?

Yes, Very shortly we are launching the gift-cards in various denomination. Same could be used to gift your loved ones from your favourite Meraki website.

What is the process to edit/update the delivery address?
